8. Order Cancellations

Orders already:
- Processed;
- Packed;
- Shipped;
- Submitted to fulfillment;
may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Bruto Trucks before filing payment disputes or chargebacks.
Bruto Trucks reserves the right to challenge fraudulent or abusive disputes using:
- Tracking information;
- Delivery confirmation;
- Customer communications;
- Transaction records.
Abusive chargeback activity may result in restricted purchasing privileges.
