Bruto Trucks is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions;
- Carrier operational delays;
- Customs inspections;
- Labor disruptions;
- Natural disasters;
- Supply chain interruptions;
- Incorrect customer information;
- High seasonal demand.
Customers acknowledge that transit delays may occur after an order has been transferred to the carrier.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

Bruto Trucks is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Bruto Trucks is not responsible for:
- Stolen packages;
- Unattended deliveries;
- Delivery location theft;
- Carrier delivery errors after confirmed delivery status.
If a package is lost in transit:
- Customers must contact the carrier directly;
- Customers should notify Bruto Trucks at support@brutotrucks.com;
- Bruto Trucks may assist with carrier claims when appropriate.
Claims for missing shipments should be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
9. Damaged Deliveries
Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged:
- Customers must retain all packaging materials;
- Clear photographs of the damage must be provided;
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may affect claim eligibility.
10. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier:
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund;
- Additional reshipping charges may apply.
Bruto Trucks reserves the right to deny refunds for refused shipments that violate store policies.
